Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped papaya
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chobani yogurt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 egg
Directions:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Step 2:
Line an 8″ square tin with baking paper
Step 3:
In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients
Step 4:
In a seperate bowl mash the papaya well with fork, then add in the yogurt, coconut oil and egg
Step 5:
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mix and fold together
Step 6:
Bake for 40 – 50 minutes.
