Healthy Papaya Cake ehome admin 5 years ago (insert papaya caption here) Ingredients:1 cup oat flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon baking soda1/4 cup coconut sugar2 tablespoons of shredded coconut1 cup chopped papaya Ingredients:1/2 cup chobani yogurt2 tablespoons coconut oil1 egg Directions:Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) Step 2: Line an 8″ square tin with baking paper Step 3: In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients Step 4:In a seperate bowl mash the papaya well with fork, then add in the yogurt, coconut oil and egg Step 5:Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mix and fold together Step 6:Bake for 40 – 50 minutes.
